To day I have time on my own for a change.
His Lordship is a lot better,
He has gone on his day visit to P.M.
he goes from 10.30. until 3.30.
I have tried to do some sorting out
I don't do much when His Lordship is home.
I feel I should sit with him to keep him company.
so it ii is nice to be on my own.

It is important for our sanity to take time to yourself every day. Try to make a habit of it, if only for 15 minutes to start with.
