Still a bit shaky after my Fall last Saturday.
Have been to see the nurse
She said my legs have stopped weeping.

Then went to see doctor.
He has uped my BP tablets
Stopped my Water Tablets.
Will see me in 6 weeks.
But if I have any problems to go back to see him

Sorry you are still shaky but it is only natural after a horrid fall for it to 'upset the apple cart' isn't it? It shakes the whole system and makes us feel insecure for quite a while. Take care, - with love, J.x
