and gave me a trim and tidy up
We had a good natter.
HL went shop and then

came home with 3lb of lovely big berries.

Doesn't having a haircut make a difference?! Hairdressers should be on the NHS!
We pick blackberries in the church carpark of all places - they go to waste otherwise and are delicious so it is a shame to not use them.
Plums have been weighing the tree down in our garden - first year it has properly fruited. :-D
